The pagoda is an octagonal, thirteen-story, dense-eave-style brick structure, with a height of approximately 42.5 meters. The base is a Sumeru pedestal in an octagonal shape, with equal sides, accounting for about one-fifth of the pagoda's total height.
Each side of the pagoda features brick-carved niches containing statues of seated Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and other figures. These finely crafted carvings highlight the artistic value of Liao Dynasty brick pagoda architecture.
The eaves of the pagoda employ a corbelled design, with thirteen layers in total. Each eave corner is adorned with brick-carved animal ornaments. The top of the pagoda originally had a finial base, along with structures such as the wheel of the law and a treasure vase, but these are no longer present.
