Standing in Wuzhou’s bustling Hedong center, Wuzhou Diwang Plaza is a mixed-use high-rise featuring 10,000 square meters of commercial space and residential units. After a 2016 bankruptcy left it "unfinished," the project overcame three failed auctions. Resuming construction in 2018, it was finally delivered in late 2020.
