The road pavilion of Jiaohu Village, Mengshan Town, Shanggao County, is located along the route from Jiaohu Village to Hujiang Village. Although the road has since been rerouted and the pavilion now stands completely detached from the path, situated amidst rice paddies, it remains exceptionally well-preserved, clearly showing the careful maintenance by the villagers. Inside the pavilion, the ground is paved with bricks and stones, with stone steps for sitting or lying down, and a niche resembling a Buddhist shrine is carved into one wall. It is speculated that this niche may have once housed an earth god (Tudi Gong).
