Rising ninety-six meters above the edge of Poyang Lake, the twenty-four-story Jade Building in Bailu Town houses the Grand Mercure Lushan Jade. Opened in late 2024, this architectural landmark stands at the intersection of Gangxi Road and Yiquan Road, directly facing the ancient Luoxingdun wetland.

The structure connects modern hospitality with the deep history of the Lushan Mountain range. Inside the lobby, the cool touch of marble parquet flooring guides visitors beneath starburst-shaped ceiling chandeliers. These lights cast a soft glow, mimicking stars shining through the famous Lushan mist. Along the walls, stylized forest foliage and decorative deer motifs pay tribute to the wild plum blossom deer of Jiujiang and the nearby White Deer Grotto Academy, where scholars once studied.

High above, on the twenty-fourth floor, the revolving restaurant turns silently. Here, guests eat steaming bowls of local Jiangxi rice noodles prepared by breakfast chefs, alongside the savory warmth of stone ear fungus chicken soup. Through the rotating glass, the distant white thread of the Xiufeng Waterfall appears against the mountain peaks, linking the sensory pleasures of local cuisine with the vast Jiangxi landscape.
