The Fengtian Advisory Bureau is nestled in a bustling downtown area, surrounded by crowds where parking is nearly impossible, and tangled wires are everywhere. Although nominally a protected building, it is clearly abandoned, dilapidated from years of neglect, crudely shielded by temporary barriers while the inner courtyard is overgrown with weeds, its walls covered in ivy. The model covers only the single building.
