- This landmark complex consists of twin office towers connected to each other - while the northern tower remains operational as commercial space, its southern counterpart stands abandoned, reduced to merely supporting advertising billboards. Typically, such partially deserted structures spawn countless urban legends. What puzzles me is why only the southern tower fell into disuse while its northern twin continues functioning normally. If one was deemed unfit for purpose, why not both?
