Here stands yet another residential building with a peculiar design. Constructed in the 1960s, its early residents were mostly professors and scientists from the University of Belgrade. Located on the edge of the city's old quarter, this building marks a clear divide: to the west lies the quintessential European old town—narrow, cramped, and nearly impossible to park in—while to the east stretches the ever-newer urban districts, brimming with the brutalist aesthetic of half a century ago. This apartment block serves as a boundary line, reflecting the historical expansion of Belgrade's urban landscape.
