On the afternoon of September 19th, sunny and hot. The Western Xia Tombs are spectacular, but this is yet another typical "Ningxia tourist attraction" that is extremely unfriendly to tourists. Drones are absolutely not allowed to take off, so we had to rely on cameras for photography. The scenic area relies on "shuttle buses" for transportation, which only depart when fully loaded, resulting in extremely low efficiency. Perhaps one should allocate an entire day to properly visit Ningxia's tourist attractions. The tombs have been severely plundered, but the main structures remain intact. If we could have captured the entire layout of the tombs from above, it would have been truly spectacular.
