Completed around 1993, the Ganzhou Heyuan Apartment Building stands as a monument to the modernization of the historic Old Town in Zhanggong District. Originally the Gannan Sugar, Wine and Foodstuff Building, this former office structure was converted into a residential high-rise, rising twelve floors above a basement level.

It occupies a prominent position near the intersection of Nanjing Road and Wenqing Road. Inside, the building hums with the quiet energy of daily life. Through the windows, the green canopy of nearby Ganzhou Park offers a quiet view.
